Annie exhibited excellent customer service experience when she assisted me in processing my orders – explained that my reward points would expire after 5 months which is unusual because most/all customer loyalty programs have expiry in 12 months or longer (i.e. if I didn’t redeem than it will expire), moreover she also highlighted their promotion offer for the diapers that I’m using for my 100 years old mother that we had used for the past 2 years. This product is good value for money and I have recommended to some friends for their elderly parents via word of mouth. Perhaps their end-user/customer interface on their website can improve further because currently it is still not friendly enough as I had encountered some problem myself as a fairly tech savvy person.

Staff Annie is very friendly n helpful when I text her with regard to the sample L size received. Without hesitant she sent another M size for my beloved mother who didn’t get to use it. Quality was good and comfortable as material is soft compared to the well known brands that I have tried out. Thumbs up to the service provided by Annie!!

Their products are of superior quality, thick, soft and cloth like. Under pads are thick and cloth like, when not soiled can be used for several days, they do not clump up. Although the large pull-up pants is supposed to fit 35-52”, it is too small for my husband’s 44” girth. In order to not wake up my husband during the night for changing diapers we leave the diaper open, insert booster pad on top and replace it whenever soiled. Delivery is also prompt.

The online experience is satisfactory and above average. The delivery process can be improved. Contactless delivery is good but not on a rainy day.
Delivery address is to a landed house and it was after a rain. The delivery guy just left the boxes outside the grill gate on the wet road flooring. I had to ask him to pass the boxes to me before leaving. But the box is also not light so I had to take care of my back and arms. No strong man in this household, mainly women.
May I suggest that the next delivery to be improved, and the delivery guy help to bring in the boxes to the porch area of the house? thanks.

Ordering and shipping process are ok. I could change my delivery time and the admin lady informed me when delivery is delayed. But the masks are sub-standard compared to another brand that is also produced locally. The sides of the masks are not cut and trimmed properly, with small pieces sticking out which will cut the face at the sides.
